Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or sales events.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free Shipping: All USA domestic orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping Rates: Orders under $250 will be charged applicable shipping fees at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: For urgent orders, we recommend selecting Overnight Shipping (or other expedited options) at checkout. Additional fees apply.
Important Note: Free shipping does not guarantee on-time delivery. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, actual delivery times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to applicable shipping rates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days.
