I LOVE MY OLD SUIT AND I'M NOT READY FOR A NEW ONE. IS THAT OK?
Absolutely. If you are a Matuse.com member, we will credit your account for a 30% discount on your next purchase - whenever you're ready for it.
HOW MANY SUITS CAN I TRADE IN?
You can trade in as many suits as you want, but you have to be signed up on Matuse.com first - so that we can properly credit your account for your next Matuse purchase. Only one discount is allowed per new product purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN MY OLDER MATUSE FOR REPAIR?
You'll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label. (The email will come from UPS, not Matuse, so be on the lookout). Then just print it out, pack it up and send in.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING COSTS OR OTHER FEES?
None. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label from UPS to return your old Matuse product. Your new Matuse will also ship for free. There are no additional fees.
WHEN WILL I GET MY NEW MATUSE SUIT, AND WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
After we receive your older suit, register you on Matuse.com and process your repair, we'll charge the payment method provided and ship your new Matuse product within 1 day (subject to product availability).
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. CAN I STILL TRADE IN MY MATUSE?
Yes. The Much Love Matuse Program is worldwide.
