WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

We offer a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects for all Matuse Wetsuits with proof of purchase.

As individual consumers, the single best thing we can do for the planet is to keep our stuff in use longer. Repairing your Matuse suit is highly encouraged and will not void our 1yr warranty if qualified. Warranty Forms 

 

REPAIR YOUR MATUSE SUIT

Step 01 - HOW TO GET YOUR SUIT REPAIRED 

  • Visit repair page and process order - Click Repair Page (Here)
  • (1yr Warranty) Provide copy of purchase receipt or order number if purchased directly from Matuse.com
  • Ensure the suit is clean and dry

*Wet, dirty wetsuits will take longer and incur a $15 dry and clean fee. Be sure to pack the suit loosely in a box. Over folding can cause crease damage to the wetsuit.

 

Step 02 - BOX UP AND SHIP

Head over to your local shipping location to drop off...

Step 03 - (PATIENTLY) WAIT 4-6 WEEKS 

Matuse will ship (for free) your fully repaired wetsuit to the shipping address on file.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING COSTS OR OTHER FEES?

All wetsuits under the 1yr warranty will receive a prepaid shipping label to return your old Matuse product. Your repaired Matuse will also ship for free. There are no additional fees.
