HOW DO I ENTER THE HOUSE OF MATUSE? 

The House of Matuse is a membership-based program that supports community leaders and professionals who live an Ichiban-oriented and performance-driven lifestyle. Membership is by application only and all members need to reapply annually to remain a part of the program. Additionally, membership can be revoked at any time for misusing the benefits provided. HOW DO I LOG IN? 
The Matuse Team first reviews your application. Once approved, you’ll receive an introduction letter and will be instructed to log into your account at http://www.matuse.com/account/login. Using your e-mail address and your personalized password, you will then be granted access to all house pricing.

HELP ME FIND MY LOG-IN DETAILS

The most likely reason you’re experiencing challenges with logging-in is because you’re using the wrong password and/or email address.  If you can’t remember your password, please enter your email address at Matuse.com/password recovery. We’ll promptly send you an email to reset your password. If you can't remember the email you used for your membership, please email us at info@matuse.com or call us at 619.318.0938. One of our team members will reset your credentials.

RETURN POLICY FOR MEMBERS

Note: Unauthorized returns will be refused. Packing Instructions: All return merchandise must be packed loosely to avoid creasing. Kindly know that Matuse has no duty to accept merchandise for replacement when the purchaser is in default of any payment due.

ANNUAL REAPPLY APPLICATION

Renewal: Your house account must be renewed annually by submitting a new application – using your work e-mail address and following the instructions provided.

WARRANTY PROGRAM

The Matuse warranty and return policy does not apply in cases where product quality is irreversibly damaged due to sun exposure, improper care, shark attack, spontaneous combustion, Acts of God, alien abduction, general negligence or natural aging over the course of the product’s lifetime. The Matuse warranty is ultimately limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of Matuse and does not include consequential damages, incidental damages or damages to person or property.
